Since the L5R community in Puerto Rico is disperse, and not everyone can travel to the different areas, we have decided to schedule a series of Monthly Tournament, which will be held at a different town each month, rotating from one town to the other in order to allow local players to participate.
To do this effectively, we need both a store to hold the tournament in, and a person to be in charge of said tournament, a liaison between us the players and the store owner.

So far we have 2 stores:
Game Wizard in Cupey: Liaison will be me, Angel Torres
Upkeep in Cabo Rojo: Liaison will be David Rodriguez
Both store are Stronghold stores, so feel free to join them with your IA Membership, so we can get additional AEG support!

The Coquà Fund
As some of you might know, running big tournaments is expensive; and the amount of players we usually get tends to result in a net lost. So far we have run the Kotei out of good will, but sadly, money does not grow on trees. So in order to be able to keep bringing Kotei to Puerto Rico (as well as bringing other tournaments) ; we have started the Coquà Fund.
The Coquà Fund will be used only to pay for the Kotei Logistics and Prize Support as well as any other big event we might be able to do.
To help with the Fund, we have decided to add a small “required donation” of $2 to our Monthly Tournaments. So, the Coquà Fund will grow in the following manner:
